i'm going to OCR 100,000 .tiff files probably into a few separate Word Documents. i've considered other ways but i think grep and stuff isn't going to work with the employees.
i need a simple program/script to read from a specific .txt file with Date of Birth's.
it will read it in mm/dd/yy format and it's the scripts job the OPEN document for the DOB and allow manual forwarding (the ability to click next) and it will also need to add "19" to convert it to mm/dd/yyyy and search.
budget is small, microsoft word 2007 is used, need it asap, big .doc files and currently the list is ~11000 dob's.

| I have many already pre-build libraries I developed that can do what you ask efficiently, quickly, and accurately. I have quoted 2 days for coding, though if I am understanding the details correctly this could be done in under a day. Like the others, I will need either the original document, expected results, and possibly a few other smaller details once I know more about the project.
