osc mod installs and minor fix

- Description: I need the following fixes or mods set up on a oscommers project
1. add sort option for products and for categories
2. I need a drop down added to all sub categories. when you go to a top level category you will have a drop down menu of that categories sub categories. This will be displayed in the content area of the page.
3. remove all product count numbers from the left nav
