2. Banner contol, have a look on http://tinyurl.com/5dfd9w there are some sort of banners on website, they should have their own control system on admin side
3. On left side, there will be categories like http://www.nytimes.com/ website ( there will not be any sub categories )
4. Last added 5 or 10 news will be displayed like http://www.yahoo.com/ websites Featured Tag. 1 big image, 4-5 news below, when clicking news main image will be changed
5. There should be RATE option for news
6. Have a look on http://www.nytimes.com/ , there it says Most Popular on the right bottom of the page. We should have kind of option as well.
So, please return me with project estimation and quotation. And note that, this project will not stop, I will send you regular updates for updating the system. As it is ongoing project, I will be able to send you more changes every week or month.
Please bid according on that. Budget is not too high on that.
