- Description: We need a simple executable file that will allow Windows PC users to submit contact details to us (approximately 20 fields). The information should go into a MySQL database which you'll create on our server.
You can either create a self-contained executable which allows the form input, or alternately you can create a simple web page form and convert this to an .exe using a utility that does this kind of thing. Either way the form should look very clean and professional (not fancy, just clean).
If you have another suggestion to accomplish this, please advise. Note that the final product has to be an executable that will run on a typical PC Windows machine (.exe) and ideally should be a small file size.

| Hi I can do this using Delphi(for Desktop Executable Apps) that connects to a PHP script using Indy Libraries. The script then manipulates MySQL. The advantage of this setup is that it also caters for Proxied Connections. I am ready to demonstrate if you wish because all my applications I have created tunnel data that way.
