We require a full programming task to be done for our domain name/web hosting business.

We require a custom built EPP module programmed that will have the ability to connect with the .ae domain name registry (aeDA, www.aeda.ae).

We already have a good idea/reference on what we need.

>We require all the features in the above product, with possibly the same GUI, preferably AJAX of something very light, fast loading, user friendly and most importantly must be able to be integrated with any existing site's templates.
We require the following main functions to be supported:
• Register new .ae domain name
• Renew a domain name
• Retrieve EPP code (authinfo)
• Update contact details
• Update the DNS settings of the domain name
• Have built in DNS management tool for domains hosted on our server
• Ability to seamlessly connect with aeDA
• Pass the aeDA's EPP accreditation test, this is basically a set of specific features that

the product must be able to do. We will be passing the test ourselves, but it must meet the requirements, please see the attached pdf.
• Must meet the restrictions, please see the restriction part below
• Ability to connect with cPanel.net's cPanel/whm control panel for web hosting.
o This must be able to create/suspend/delete/update accounts (+ all common features)
• Must have different user/admin roles
• Must have an open API with dev kits, so our affiliates/resellers can use their software to communicate with ours.
• Must have a reseller interface, were a reseller can sign up under us and have 2 options:
• 1. Manage the clients' account on their own OR 2. Create accounts for their clients under an un branded GUI.
• All programming/ideas must be documented so the software can be further developed in the future

We have tool kits with all the necessary documentation as is from aeDA in:
C++, Java and Perl (we will provide you these if you are interested in the project)
We require the program to be done in a very robust PHP/mysql style/language. The servers that we will use will be Apache 2, with CentOS. You will be required to do all the testing/work on your server and provide us with frequent and up to date updates on the progress, with access to a demo.

Once the deal is sealed, all the rights will be transferred to us and we will be the owner of the program. You may not resale or distribute the program anymore.

Restrictions:
1. There needs to be a requirement of 2 nameservers minimum. if a user
tries to register a new domain and has only one nameserver, he should get an
error message asking him to put in at least 2.
2. the "glue record" reference cannot be circular. This means that if a
user wants to register www.123.ae, and his nameservers are: ns1.123.ae
and ns2.123.ae, the circular refernce needs to be resolved.
3. form check needs to happen within EPP software and errors in input need to
cause a message to users to fill all fields according to requirements for
that field (eg. phone numbers meeting the formatting, etc) this form
checking needs to make all data entry fit the format so that it can be
transferred to the AEDA's forms automatically and not create errors.
