    I am trying to set up a site like fanbox or facebook but with a few variations, deductions and a very novice-friendly admin control panel.

    I will also have blog and forum features.

    Sorting will include countries/categories(e.g. business/ art etc.)

    That's it basically. I have selected some options in the Job type but I think the programmer will know more of what I need when he gets the nitty gritty of the job.
