Infusionsoft integration with Membership site – infusion api

I am looking for a programmer that is experienced with writing code for infusionsoft's API to handle integration with a membership site.

This is what I would like to do:
Use infusionsoft order forms for orders and recurring billing
Customer can set password on order form and customer will be automatically setup in membership site
When credit card fails or customer is removed from subscription in infusion, the password automatically cancels or expires in the membership site software


I am currently using memberstar as my membership site software. The company promised to integrate with infusion off the shelf but they now say that they cannot get it done because the programmer that knew how to do it quit. This means that some of the work is already done and it needs to be completed
I am open to using a different membership site software if you have the work completed for that site already. This would result in less time for you and lower cost for me.
