Customize Admin Area / Script

- Description: I need someone to customize the admin area of the open-realty script. Basically I just need to change the color scheme, add my logo, and have a couple other text/formatting changes within the admin area of the open-realty script.
The script is already fully setup on my site.

Need to add some text "welcome...." at the top and then change the text of the bottom two links.
The next screenshot is of when someone clicks on the edit listing from the first page, then gets to this page, has to click on the "pencil icon" to edit the listing.

I want the user for when they click on "edit listings" link it will automatically bypass this second screen so they can get to the listing information form which you can see below as third screenshot.
