Looking to have a desktop app made that will post to a users Twitter account from their desktop without having to browse and post on the site itself or a blog etc.,
1. Should have a systray icon.
2. Should be able to post 1 liners from systray hover
3. Right click on systray icon to select "Post" for example and a window will open for a longer than 1 line post to twitter.
4. Ability to configure multiple twitter accounts.
5. Ability to receive a notification notice (systray) of a new follower.(should be able to turn off/on)
6. Ability to receive a notification notice of a followed user making an update. (should be able to turn off/on)
