For each line on the Xls we need
- country
- language
- feed title
- feed URL
- category (e.g. "business news", "newspaper", "local news" or "internet" ....).
We need rss feeds all over the world
Each feed should be valid
Before choose the freelancer, each freelancer should give us
- list of country they will find feeds
- estimation about how many feeds by country
