I would like to get a price for a 2 column (780 px wide) customized blog theme that is roughly the same format as my main site at www.adwordsgency.com

I want the use the same header (except it has the word blog next the agency). This is already available.

I want to use the same top navigation links, except Blog will be added to the left of Contact. Does not need to look exactly the same as my navigation as I can change mine if yours looks better. In the right column, I would like:

Home link for the Wordpress blog (which will be in the Blog subdirectory)
Search Box and button
Categories with the number of posts in parenthesis
Recent posts 5-10
Calendar
Archives
Rss feed buttons
A news widget that shows to latest 3-5 headlines (with links) related to keyword Adwords, updated daily
other items as you see fit

I want to maintain the same blue background color scheme.

The right column can be white or tan as appropriate. I am using a background image to make faux columns so they are the same depth, regardless of content. I would also like (but not absolutely required) to be able to place a sidebar widget in the right column with my custom content or links.

I would like to have 3-5 posts on the front page.

I am basically looking for a very nice clean layout with attractive graphics (category header, etc.)

Posts should allow comments and include links to delicio, digg, furl, technorati and yahoo.

There should be an option to print posts or email a link.

I will be using the headspace2 plugin to add custom page title and meta descriptions.

I would like to have an enhanced wsywig editor.

I would like to be able to use adsense or images in posts.

The theme should be SEO optimized.

This site is on a windows server. I have several other sites on linux servers that I will also want to get a customized themes for within the next 30-45 days.

I am open to suggestions for additional feature and design ideas.

I would like the theme to be installed and tested on my site for design and functionality compatibility. There are no links to the current blog installation (new a couple of days ago) so you can test without disrupting traffic.

There should be no links to Wordpress or theme authors. Simply my copyright notice as on my main site.

I will add plugins, a ping list and set my own options in the backend. Otherwise, I would like the theme itself to be turnkey and ready to go.
