I need phpmydirectory 1.0.7 to be modified, so that it can be used as 'business for sale script'

1) Listings should have the following design http://www.businessesforsale.com/Browse/Agriculture-Businesses-for-sale.aspx
a) url title, short description, price, turnover, profit, location (taken from location category) and below the categories the listing is in. as you can see it has the following view http://www.sellmybusiness.com.ua/category/internet/ as of now

b) 'contact seller' feature http://www.businessesforsale.com/Living-Picture-Fantastic-Turf-Farm-on-the-River-For-Sale.aspx which is customisable in membership access, for example basic membership does not show this option in listings, but premium membership has this option, visitors can contact the seller using it

c) is it possible co create field customisation like in http://www.businessesforsale.com/Living-Picture-Fantastic-Turf-Farm-on-the-River-For-Sale.aspx . there is a summary with picture on the right, than there is a split line and business description, than there is a split line and property informatin with additional fields customisable for each category.
