I have been 9 months trying to get this built and through 3 developers that could not deliver and I have paid monies out to them ahead of time and will not do that again
Do not bid unless you can meet the following requirements..
I want total project pricing
I want a breakdown of each of the outlined items in the word document, items in cost that way I should be able to add it all up to the total cost you quote
You MUST accept payment through scriptlance
You Must do Escrow payment through Scriptlance
I will pay each phase cost as outlined by you as mentioned above once that phase (module is completed and tested as 100% useable
I expect timelines for each item and would expect you to deliver within that timeline otherwise you are in violation of the contract and no monies will be paid.
I want to have 6 months of bug support after the completion of all phases/modules, final module payment will be released from the escrow at that 6 month time frame unless we agree to other terms ahead of time.
