Report broken links 404 errors

- Description: Need a system to email us the location of broken links when the 404.shtml file pops up on our web site so we can find and fix it

When a visitor hits a broken or missing link, we need some way of knowing about it so we can fix it...
This must be automatic. We cannot rely on visitors to voluntarly fill out a report....even when they do, they usually get the source of the broken link wrong.
We MUST see a working demo for final payment
