Hello, I need an OCR for this site:

All I need is the code to break the number captcha - I can code the rest. I am assuming that the captcha you see there will be the primary captcha, but sometimes there is a less complicated one. I expect whatever you code to be able to handle the simpler # captchas if the occaison arises along with the more complicated teabag, which is your primary concern.
I expect the OCR to be able to do 2 reads per second, at >98% efficiency.

Additional Info (Added 12/9/2008 at 16:27 EST)...I'm currently not in a rush to get this done. I will allow people to bid on it for at least another week to three weeks, or until someone makes a bid that matches my ability to fund it.
