We need a flash widget for our quiz site.
The widget will display the quiz questions and let the users to answer them and according to the answers the widget will display the related results.
Simply for example we'll send the quiz id as a variable to the widget and it'll take the information required through xml and will display the results.

Example to this widget can be found at http://www.quibblo.com/topic/Relationship-Quizzes or http://www.wishafriend.com/quiz/personality/are-you-a-fascinating-person/ ... But we want almost exactly like the quibblos widget.

For those who asked and for clarifcation:

Our site uses php/mysql . We have our own admin panel to create/manage the quizzes and other stuff.. Currently users are able to take the quizzes through our site www.quizcat.com as normal webpages.
we need the widget for "quizzes which will give a result according to the given answers" for example like http://www.quizcat.com/test2/219.html .. we dont need the widget for polls.

Also number of questions in a quiz is variable. Mostly between 6-12 but there are ones that are shorter like 2 questions and longer like 20. So this must be flexible.

In the future we will need more widgets for Scored Quizzes (for example http://www.quizcat.com/quiz/7.html) and a leaderboard widget to display the rankings for a specific scored widget. Simply we'll need more widgets so we want someone whom we can work in our every project needs a flash widget.

All questions/answers and other informations (title/creator etc.) of a quiz will be in one xml file.

The widget will take the id of the quiz for example and will fetch the xml related to this id and will display the questions and answers. After the quiz finished the answers user given will be send back to our server and according to answers our server will send a response (the result/outcome). and the widget will display the related result.
Results can be saved for stats purposes. Like
10000 users took this survey
4000 got ABC outcome
3000 Got xyz outcome
etc... This will be done on our server side. Widget will only display the results which it fetched from the result XML sent after taking the users answer.

take a look at http://www.quizcat.com/test2/219.html for example view the source and try to figure out the system. How the result generated? according to what it's generated.

I can explain the system but it will help us choosing the developer if the developer can mostly understand the current system by own self.
