We need a site where Contractors/ employees will need the ability to post a brief overview of themselves and relevant details. Then, recruiters/ companies will need to bid the amount they are willing to pay for that person.

It will be a site similar to scriptlance, but one that is simpler – and that is used for people looking to work for companies as contractors.

Recruiters and companies will need access (via login, once registered) to post job listings and advertisements (ads) on there directly.

Contractors/ employees will need a secure login to upload their CV and overview of themselves.


An overview of what we need:

We require both website and graphic design, and backend capabilities built

Site needs to be very visually appealing, and easy to navigate through

Featured advertisements on front page

Admin login, with full features (we will specify)

Searching/ selection capability for different types of jobs, and then page for each type of job category
a.Selection based on drop down menu (that we can specify and change as required)
b.As well as key word search

Ability to forward a job listing to another email address

A "new" tag for jobs that are posted on that day

Ability for clients to login and post jobs themselves, straight onto site

Login capability for clients
a.Secure, password protected
b.Password reminder service (via email automated)
c.Email verification of user on first register (automated)

Job tracking/ notification for job seekers (email capability)

Need ability to email all job seekers and recruiters (so will need details of users)

Job seeker membership capabilities, and capture details at registration

Each page, and job, must include keywords and meta tags for SEO (absolutely critical)

Ability for recruiters/companies to ‘bid' how much they are willing to pay for the contractor

Once software is completed, we will need all rights and a packaged version to use with other domains

Will need you to upload version onto current domain (domain already purchased), and get site ready to operate. This is an absolute must

Need contact on regular basis during creation, testing, and installation. Skype preferred

Software recommendations and discussion on why particular software has been chosen

Job will require a complete and in depth specification with flow chart and clear description of each process

Full testing with several user accounts set up with many user and visitor processes executed successfully
