1. we would like help to change the drop down menus not to disappear as someone mouses over them to become static and not to disappear (our website is rnvirtual.com)

2. we would like add a feature called justask (similar to the website justanswer.com) whereby clients can write a question regarding the behavioural health industry and for a fee we can respond. This should appear on the main page on the right hand side- remove the box REVIEWS and make a snazzy box with the justask feature. We would need the client to prepay an amount before we answer the question.
-client would have to register or login and their credit card # has to be automatically processed before we proceed to answer the question.
an activation link would have to be sent to their email (just like justanswer.com)

3. Increase our seo with specific metatags etc.
