I am in need of an easy to use paypal/google payment library. I should be able to call one or a small number of functions to accept payments on my website. I should be able to choose either paypal or google checkout. A notify feature should be included. The class must be very easy to use and optimized for speed. You must be able to write clean code and everything must be commented. The language will be written in csharp and no dlls or hidden code will be accepted. You cannot resale this code anywhere else I will own all rights to it.
