Hello,

We are looking for an EXPERIENCED link builder (or builders) to handle link building for a few of our smaller sites. First and foremost we are looking for those that might already have their own sites or know of sites that they can get links on. We really don't want someone who will go out and spam 10,000 sites and do three way exchanges. While that is A way to gain links, we do not want that method used here; Though you can feel free to use any other white hat method, as long as you follow our guidelines that I will include below.

We will start with a test of 15 links for two sites for a total of (30) links. If we like the quality of the inbound links and the process, we can expand that infinitely.

IMPORTANT
Please read the guidelines. We will not pay for links that do not meet our criteria.

Type of Links We Want
- Must be from a static page (IE no index.php?=page50, etc…)
- The Page must be Google cached within the last 45 days
- PR does NOT matter, but the primary URL will need to have some
- The domain must be older than two years old
- We only want one link per domain
- We really do not want sitewides (though for quality exceptions can be made)
- Must be no more than 3 clicks from the home page
- The site must be themed to our sites
- Links must be permanent
- Page we are linked from cannot be called “Resources” ‘ “links” / “directory” and that means any variation there of for example: thesite.com/links/business/ is NOT acceptable.
- No directories (we've got that covered)
- No FFA, Link Farms, etc.. Shouldn't have to write that, but want to be very clear.
- Each link will be a different anchor text (we will provide)
- Sites must be aimed at US markets (IE English)
- Links must be from .com, .net, or .org only. .gov and .edu acceptable if gainable.
- No more than 20 outbound links
- Links must be followed (IE no rel=no follow)
- Domains must have a minimum of 6 months left till registration is due. IE no domains about to expire next month.
- No dynamic links. They need to be static.
- No paid links.
- No Framed Pages or sites that use frames or Iframes.
- No hidden text or keyword spamming on the sites themselves. Basically nothing that is going to get that domain banned in the future. We want SE friendly sites.
- No automated link software will be approved for use, EVER.
- Sites linking to us will not be counted.


Acceptance of links
- If the link does not fit the above criteria we will ask you to replace.
- You will need to provide in an excel the sites URL, the pages URL where out link can be found, the IP address of the site, and the anchor text that we used.
- Payment can be made through escrow at the completion of this project. Future work if we decide to work together can be negotiated on your preferred payment terms.

In content links with our exact anchor text and PR carries even more weight

Within the PMB base your pricing per link. Most of the time its based upon PR so if that is how you prefer to price than feel free to use that style. However, PR is not important to us. QUALITY still is, just not PR.

We will pay more for the above mentioned incontent links.
