I'm looking for someone who can finish my silver jewelry shop (as I'm running out of time) which was created with zencart. What has been done can be seen here: www.escalasilver.com/zenshop

Some outstanding issues are:
some elements are not properly aligned, ie. category name needs to be at the left.
I would like the shop to be fixed up to a certain resolution (so not completely stretchy with the remaining screen in a darker colour (for users that work in high resolution)
Inclusion of an ajax script so that the photos when you roll over them are automatically opened up as a bigger picture with the lightbox effect.
Unit and total will need to be properly aligned in the checkout screen.
The navigation bar at the right is too messy and needs to be tidied up. Some headings should move to the bottom and 1 or 2 to top and jewelery may be better selected through dropdown boxes. I have another website to show as an example.
Urls need to be search engine friendly.

The shop will also need to be moved to a different server.

I need an expert in zencart that can solve these issues quickly and economically. I'm looking for someone with a good eye for design, user interface and knowlegde of zencart. You will also need to be a good communicator and be proficient in english.
