	Description:	Introduction We are building a Facebook application with PHP/MySQL/Flash. The flash portion is being done separately, so you don't have to worry about that. The flash builder is similar to the South Park or Simpsons character builders, except a much more watered-down version: http://www.sp-studio.de http://www.simpsonsmovie.com/main.html In addition, the PHP to allow Flash to communicate with the database is also being done. Additionally, we have an illustrator working on the graphics. I'm a PHP programmer myself but simply don't have time to see the project to its finish. I've laid down most of the foundation work but there are other portions I need someone to finish. I can Description With that said, we have a simple set of pages that need to get done that require significant experience with Facebook and decent PHP skills in order to maximize efficiency. We also need someone with Facebook experience to do a few other things related to Facebook that I just don't have the experience to do. The pages that the site requires are as follows: * Home (Statistics and a place to display avatar) * My Avatar (Done for the most part) * Games (Done for the most part) * Get Points (Needs work) * Prizes (May need more work) * Invite (Done for the most part) * Shipping (Done for the most part) So really, there will be minor work on each page but the pages that require your hand are: Home, Get Points and possibly Prizes. Besides that, as mentioned previously we will need someone who knows their way around Facebook programming and can interface with user profiles and the like. You will be working directly with me to carry out Requirements * Facebook Application Experience (If you haven't built or been part of building a decent Facebook application before, please do not bid) * Strong PHP, MySQL and XHTML skills * Good english communication * Work samples are a must * High availability (via any of the following: AIM/Google Chat/Skype) * Availability during US business hours (9am-5pm PST) Questions & Answers Q: What work is expected from me if I get hired? A: You will be finishing the application pages (listed above) and doing updates here and there to the existing code. Q: Is this Facebook Application going to have a ton of pages? A: Not yet -- we are keeping the number of pages to a minimum in an effort to simplify the application. Q: How do you prefer to pay? A: Half up front, half upon completion. Q: Will I be collaborating with anyone? A: Yes: You will be working/communicating directly with our PHP developer. He will describe and breakdown how things are implemented so that the transition is smooth and easy for you to pick up on.
