CSS Redesign

I need the following changes done:

1. there is a shadow on both sites I would like to use this shadow regardless of the background color
I was told this could be done with a transparent png.
Therefore I could easily change the background color say into white without having to change the png or gif which creates the shadow

2. make the layout wider - 800 px should be appropiate - the header picture needs to be a little bit smaller to keep the look

4. Integrate this product review template

(of course only the elements which resemble the review e.g. the picture, the #1 Product name and the text the link:"visit now and click here, the button: click here to visit and the shadow graphic below - NOT THE WHOLE SITE LAYOUT) into the left columne (main columne)

5. integrate the navyshadow could be seen here between the left (main) and right column http://www.cigar-humidor-online.com/test/Blue/index.html

6. I am open for any suggestion to make the navigation column better looking



I would like to use this css design for severall niches and just to be able to change the colors and the header etc.

NOtE: If you have more suggestions to make this design better looking please dont hold back I appreciate any comment and suggestion

IMPORTANT:
Money will be paid after you present a design we both agreed upon (screenshot is accepted)

I dont agree on escrow since I had major problems the first and only time I used it (the programmer just disappeared)
