	Description:	We are looking for someone experienced in phpBB to help upgrade our forum. Currently we are using phpbb2 and eventually want to fully upgrade to phpbb2. For this trial project, we would like you to add a forum welcome box that includes timely content, random testimonial quotes, article count, and member count. This is currently live and working on our phpbb2 forum but not phpbb3. We need someone who is experienced and can get the work done right in a timely manner. Please, only bid if you qualify. If this trial project goes well, we have long term work available completing the phpbb2 to phpbb3 upgrade.
