Develop a skin for the Untangle admin client and user block pages.
This involves:
1. Change background color for rack, appliances, and sidebar
2. Use images for all backgrounds
3. Use graphic elements for all buttons and boxes
4. Fonts
5. Borders and gutters and creation of CSS Files
6. User block pages
The key here is to build the images in *-images.html files (see attached files).
