- Description: I need a professional programmer to create a real-estate property listing component that is integrated with CB. Members must be able to post listings, and also have profile pages. Members must be able to:
1. Post listings and each listing must show viewing schedules
2. Edit postings and change status to sold/rented/etc
3. Chat online with possible clients - in-built chat feature
4. Each profile should have a blog feature
5. Members must be able to refer clients to other members or post wanted/available postings in a common classifieds space.
6. Each property must have details of facilities available in the area i.e. gyms, shopping centres, police stations, hospitals, etc
7. integration with google ads and google maps
8. Hot listings
9. featured listings
10. each member must have their listings displayed in their profile page
11.Private listings can also be posted without becoming a member.
