i need a screensaver can play my video file(s) as a screensaver. like microsoft video screensaver but ms video screensaver work just on xp. i need a both vista and xp. very simple type. just browse video file from settings window and stretch to fullscreen and play looped. my video files are wmv-hd (wmv9 compressed) 720p
Additional Info (Added 12/15/2008 at 14:19 EST)...i changed my screensaver project wish about some difficulties. now i just need one converter, that can convert my video file to scr file. no need settings menu, install menu, that can stretch to full screen (no regard aspect ratio) and can loop (without drop or flicker between video end and start). would be good if that can keep my video structure (like wmv bitrate etc)
that can be like this
scrconvert.exe myvideo.wmv myvideo.scr
and i can pay max $45
