Description: I have a RoR project that runs fine in Rails 1.8.6 but want it to be written in php as I've had major technical difficulties in getting it a)hosted b)running in Rails 2.0.

The project is part of my studies but is not a major part and I lack the php programming skils so am outsourcing.

The database has 16 tables and there will need to be about 10 actual web-pages (some creativity on your behalf would be great).

The database holds information about patients (including age, sex, height, weight, comorbidities, etc), interventions (drug administrations, cpr, vasavla, etc), and variables (heart rate, blood pressure, etc). For combinations of these three - patient:intervention:variable - there will be a 'problem' and a 'solution' for a given simulator.

It would also be nice to link to (journal) papers and data files.
There needs to be a standard log-in with password etc. for users. This would be great to have linked to an automatic email service - something I hadn't got working in RoR. There will need to be a number of levels of security that I can easily limit access to certain tables/fields based on group.

This seems like such a simple project and it was relatively easy to put into RoR but now I'm stuck and need a hand. I don't expect it would take someone experienced long to put it together. I don't have the time to learn php and put it together myself.

Additional Info (Added 12/2/2008 at 23:47 EST)...

I'm familiar with java and javascript so if you want to add some things in then that'd be great too but not necessary.

    Thanks!
