Work Required:
1) Perform keyword research
2) Monitor, review and tweak campaign for best results (term: 1 month. If the selected candidate demonstrates good performance, they will be invited to work with other numerous websites/ad campaigns.)
At least 50 ads and headlines will be provided to work with as well as over 100 keywords and keyword phrases. Pretty much all that work is done unless candidate thought a word change would be necessary to improve conversion rates/profitability. Your main responsibility is to use this to put us into profit mode and then to increase the ctr and conversion rate and lower cpc. This should be a very easy job for an experienced adwords professional. The website is an easy seller. Please, bid only if you are experienced in Adwords.
