I need a social networking build using Ruby on Rails. I need it built around the community engine plugin. So most of the work is already done. The enhancements I need are to replace the events modules includes in the community engine software with the ruby api for eventful.com. To put it briefly I want the community engine ruby on rails plugin as the base of my site mashup with eventful.

I'm not looking to spend a whole lot of money on this project especially since the major components are already built and I just need a mashup of two plugins.
