- Description: I have clients that are in need of websites. I would like for someone who can take website templates (Flash and no-Flash) and create nice sites using those templates. I'm already subscribed to a company who provides me with over 4,000 templates. I'll provide the templates that the clients will select, then I'll need a programmer to customize that template to fit their request.
