There will need to be a few simple modifications and enhancements from other sites integrated into this site. Specifics will be provided to the chosen freelancer.
This site can either be a custom php script, joomla or Ruby on Rails. I'm open to use whichever one makes completing this project easiest for you. Please let me know which one you would use in your bid.
If you know what you're doing this should be a relatively straight forward project.
Please do not bid if this is not within the scope of your ability.
I will own the code once this project is complete.
Depending on the quality of your work, this project could potentially lead to full or part time employment, if that's something that interests you.
