Assist in developing a Lead Portal for distribution of leads to realtors through our Joomla! web site. It needs to be integrated into a Joomla! CMS web site. This will be a place for:

- The Admin/Handler to post and assign new leads based on agent rating and location
- Track the source of the leads, print/email reports
- Alert the agents of tasks due upon login
- Agents will update their followup notes and status of a lead, weekly
- Agents will accept, return or pass a lead
- We will score the agent based on volume of leads, response time, conversion % and past performance
- Show agent stats to Admin and individual agents only
- Need to be able to search the leads
- Lead closing notice sent to office manager by email, when agent flags lead as closing and date to close
- Permission based through the PHP Fusion member groups and fully integrated into our PHP Fusion site
- Reporting functionality

We need someone who is experienced in developing for the CMS Joomla!. We are not necessarily looking for the cheapest programmer or the fastest, we prefer quality and attention to detail. We need a really proficent way to handle the leads that we are receiving from various sources.
