We have a existing script that submits webpages to search engines. Our database contains more than 250 internationsal search engines.
Now we need to update this datafile and adjust searchengine data. For that we want the following:
- A script that builds a catalog from our search engine data and automatically spiders the webpage of the searchengine. The final catalog should be sortable by Pakerank of the searchengine, Language, Title, Description, Metatags, Topleveldomain (all the data that we can spider automatically)
- Build a script that automatically checks if the submit form still takes data. if not mark it in the DB (or catalog)
- Build a script that everyone can update a search engine. A simple step by step wizard should be fine.
- Finally update all outdated searchengines. We assume that roughly 50 of them are outdated.
Our assumption is, that the work will take 2 days. We are also looking forward to a longer lasting business relationship, because we need at least monthly updates to that searchengine DB. A partner with English and some German language skills are preferred.
