	Description:	I want to have a review/evaluation and article script. No clone, want to have my own script and copyright. You should have application design and implementation experience in similar projects. On CMS side I prefer Drupal or Joomla, but you will need AJAX and some security hardening experience as well. I will need some statistics, but not too complicated. Users identified as spammers/abusers will be banned automatically. Common bad-word filter managed by the editor. Please see the further information in the uploaded data and some information in gif's.. Send your intro with relevant references. My language is german. All texts have to be translated from me.
