I require a logo to be designed, and a company identity (colours, style etc)

WE REQUIRE MOCK UPS.
Please create a couple mock ups (watermark them as you see fit) and show them to me.
For every half-decent effort, we will pay every designer $5 USD for their time.
Please no 60 second efforts - I want you to spend 30 mins reading the brief and playing with some ideas. Obvious 1 minute efforts will be ignored.
After we have had all the mock-ups in and reviewed them, we will choose FIVE designers to progress the idea further (for full pay).
PMB me with your mockups, and we will arrange payment as soon as they are done.
REMEMBER - the better they are, the more likely we will pick you for your full rate and design.
(We have lots of 10/10 ratings and are a certified buyer)
