- Description: I am website designer seeking a php programmer to help me create a database-driven website. I have created the website design. You will provide the database system.
There will be a lot of file transfers between clients, service providers, and the site Administrators. Graphics and text will be archived online, uploaded and retrieved by limited parties. There will be private messaging, online billing, and a ratings function. Each client and each service provider would have to set up an online account with contact info or a portfolio. The Administrator would be able to access and edit all databases, and download databases for archiving. Sales information would be generated in reports. Documentation for all functions will be required.
The site will automate most of the Administrator's functions, allowing the Administrator to come in as an active 3rd party once the service nears completion.
Please give me a realistic time line and budget. You may use anything - Joomla, Perl/CGI, PHP, SQL, etc. - whatever produces the correct results. More detailed information is available by request. Thank you for your interest.Additional Info (Added 12/9/2008 at 20:11 EST)...Attached file: nda.rtf
