I need a flash website to be made in here:

When someone goes to my site, it should be like bad tv reception you know the grey thing, and then the actual content which I will add there.

Then I want the buttons to be in a space right under the screen also in flash, they should be when moused over, they should animate like become blue and like when pointed it should show like some animation. The button should look like a game boy color round button, but be animated in blue (use some creativity)

The buttons should be:

Home, Java, Help Pages, Walkthrough's, Donate, Credits, Contact

and it should be easy editable for me in html, or something.. but should be easy editable.

I have a "Mystique models Administrator" login system with registered members. You must create a login box according to that program, and put it on top right corner of the site, NICE. DONT REMOVE THE MEMBERS KEEP THE MEMBERS!!!!!
