	Description:	I have a very basic review site, which I would like to add some features to it. -Users get $0.50 for every review i approve of theirs -Users get paid $0.10 for every comment i approve of theirs -Members have a 'account balance' and they can request payout at $10. -Advanced adverting page, where they can buy banner space, text link etc -WHOLE makeover of Site Admin, with added features -Added security -Ned web design with better graphics.
