	Description:	Need a modified copy of mediasharesuite.com's script...called mediashare 2.1...please visit the mediashare website to see the script features and demo It will be modified as follows: *add groups *unlimited categories/subcategories *video grabber *web statistics/Analyzer *ability to configure mobile uploading...members can upload from their mobile phone *forum integration (vbulletin, invision power board, PHPBB, myBB). - Hosting company offers PHPBB free and some others - apthost.com -free fantastico scripts Memberships *regular *paid - pay pal - these members should be able to have own presence on this site similar to having an e-store *admin ..Serious bidders only.
