	Description:	We are looking for a banner generator script that will be implemented into a webportal. The main features of the script are the following: - Ability to create banners of all common used sizes: 728x90; 468x60, 234x60, 125x125, 120x600, 160x600, 180x150, 120x240,200x200, 250x250, 300x250, 336x280 - The user will choose a template from a template gallery. This gallery will be updated by the admin via an admin interface. - The user will be able to upload a logo (ability to move/resize), or/and a template theme(of the exact size of the banner). Also the user will be able to insert texts (choose color, font, size, ability to drag the text) - The script will generate static banners as well as dynamic banners. Thus the user will be able to set the transitions and image/text effects. The user will have 5-10 predefined effects to choose from. If possible we would like to have banners with 2 frames too, that can rotate.
