	Description:	I made a survey but need some extra validation on radio buttons, I have 2 sections, 1st sectionsif you select yes, you must supply a reason and in the second section (apart from the 1st) when you select no, you must give a reason. You must also not be able to submit for if you selected either the yes(section 1) or no(section2) option and didn't enter the reason for it.
