I need a gift voucher system added to my existing website.
People need to be able to select from a range of gift vouchers, from a dollar value to a particular service, about 60 options. I need to be able to easily add more options.
Person selects the option, then enters the "To" and "From" details. Then selects if they want the gift voucher delivered electronicly to them or to the person they are sending it to.
Gift voucher is then either delivered electronicly, on the screen for them to print, or E-mail sent to the person they are buying it for, or E-mail sent at a later date and time.
If E-mail option then - The person they are buying it for then gets an E-mail and they go to a link that gives them their voucher to print.
E-mail is sent to person buying it and Admin to know it has happened.
Admin gets an E-mail each time a voucher is sold, this contains full details of the voucher, receipient, sender, etc.
Payment is to be via Paypal. Voucher is only delivered once paypal payment is made, or Paypal credit card is processed.
Should be an admin login system to view sold vouchers, add voucher options, redeem vouchers, etc.
Each voucher has to have a unique number. This number will be typed into the admin area to set the voucher as being redeemed. This will ensure the voucher can not be used twice.
Admin area also to have a section where we can do a voucher and print it without having to use a credit card. Thsi is so we can do a voucher if a customer comes into the store.
System is to be intergrated into our existing website design.
We have MYSQL, Cpanel and full server access.
