	Description:	The idea of this project is to create a website where all the affiliates, that could be people or companies or websites and all are connected with. The website system must work easily with the other affiliates. As a business it is based on nurturing an affiliate business where a commission is gained from all purchasers who initiated their search through the website. It will be a website “the one stop shop”. Special deals and bonus arrangements and competitions are designed to encourage loyalty to the site. This website and all the structure must be able to run by itself without any problems. It must not need to be managed daily in order to work perfectly. But must be able to send me a daily report of all the transactions made between the website and the affiliates and the sells. Must have a very simple and well-organized system that will control the commissions from the affiliates and creates the spread sheets/reports of all the transactions. At the end what I need is to customize it, implement the shopping cart and put it on my hosting space. The project will be done in 3 phases: 1st - Demo - You'll do the demo of the template but with the basic changes that I'll send it to you. In order to show the clients and affiliates how it will work. At this phase what it matter is to show that will have the basic functionalities and how it is simple to navigate and to use. 2nd - Develop the template with all the changes required by this project requirements. It will be the phase that you'll make it run and working. 3rd - testing - This phase is the testing phase of all the functionalities, this is the phase for corrections before it is considered complete. So, this way the project will be paid in 3 parcels, each parcel for each successful phase. I will only choose the programmer after you showing me your portfolio that proves experience on this field and after you giving me the samples about what you've done before like this, put them online in order to be able to see them. At the end you have to give me the files with the tutorial about how to do it by myself:how to customize it by myself. Please only apply if you are confident of getting guaranteed: 1- Only programmers who place bids will be considered and I will not respond to copy and paste bids. 2- Only with proof of examples of this type of work. Need a serious and honest programmer so we don't get any problem or trouble in the future. 3- Make sure you understand, know if you have what I'm asking for. 4- I need a 100% quality work and expert. 5- If you didn't deliver me the files like you've explained to me, if it's damaged, not according the quality that is demanded, not the correct file or not even send me all the files, I will leave a negative feedback about you. You will only be paid if its according all the quality demanded. 6- In a way of give me a good product and better understand what I want you can ask me all the questions that you really need to know. 7- Don't bid if you're not able to accomplish these tasks. 8 - You only receive the payment if you deliver what it was asking for and what you've promised to deliver, otherwise I will leave a negative feedback about you. 9 – At the end of the project you'll give me all the source files that it was used to do the project. 10- I only work with Escrow account. 11- At the end of the project you must give me a tutorial in a file formate, could be Word file with the explanation of how to customize the website by myself, the CMS.
