I Buy and Sell Real Estate.
Every time I buy a property I personally put together a Package of information in PDF format for my buyers to see.
This job will require about 3-5 packages per week. Sometimes all at once.
I will pay you for every Package that you make or per month. Whatever you choose.
This Package is VERY EASY to put together and Includes.
1. Editing Addresses and Names on the same paperwork.
2. Inputing data into an Excel based Software (I will Provide)
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Publisher, Excel, Word and Adobe Acrobat.
4. NO DESIGN IS NEEDED, TEMPLATES ARE IN PLACE.
Each package should take 20 minutes once you understand.
I will send you an example and I am open to ideas to make it easier for you to create.
