1. Modify Joomla to permit TIFF uploads from registered users.
2. Configure Store software (Virtuemart) pass credit card transactions through Paypal (Website Payments Pro)
3. Setup batch email notification on successful purchase to specific email accounts with attachments from the customer's joomla profile.
