	Description:	We are looking for a PHP/Mysql expert to change few things on our B&B directory www dot bbtravel (dot) com. We have a custom back end and we need to have few things added and changed (back end and front end). You need to tell me and/or to have: - Where are you from? - How many years of experiency do you have? - You need to be motivated for future improvement. - You need to have msn or icq to chat about changes. - I need to talk directly to the programmer ( I had some experiency with someone between us and it just dosen't work for me and I hate it) - What are your rates usually? - When can you begin to work on the changes? Example of change to add: - Rewrite of url for SEO and organized what I have already for that. - Fixed Order alphabetical listing. - Fixed Menu for country/state/city - etc... I know that this is hard to quote because we have several small changes like that to do but give us your rates. If you have experiency with those kinds of site B&B Directory and Vacation homes this is an advantage for you. Show me what you got. PS: I don't want any newbie I want a programmer who did a lot of project and know his stuff.
