We are searching for a team with alot of knowledge of adobe FLEX 3, AS3, MySql, PHP, Flashlite, J2ME programming experience.
Al above is mandatory. (Coders, Flash knoledge is not enough for us)
Your team must be able to develop a video community application in Flex with AS3.
Need to have good knowledge of progressive streaming and the Streaming Flash media server.
Every code must be well documented (Good english is a mandatory)
The team must be willing to work with us for very long time.
A team that is able to work on our client project right away.
A team that never misses its deadlines.
A team that ALWAYS finishes its projects.

About the project.
This project post is about the core developement of the application.
More features and add ons will be right after the core of the application is finished.
The application is TV / social community network application.
The application should be build via Modules in adobe flex.
The application consists outof multiple TV channels.
The video stream of the channels must also be accessible via mobile devices.

For this project we already have alot of components. The components should be alter into Flex Moduels so that it could be read in at runtime.
The application design process is already done in flex.
The core of the application should be finished on the 27 of november.
Its a short periode but a team with strong knowledge of Flex can do this easily.
Bid only if you can meet deadline, most of the work is completed.
