I want one program that works on line to but in my website. This program must do the follow things:
::Zoom in-out
::Rectangle, circle, line and free hand pencil (must have option for colors) when someone use one of this tools, somewhere in screen must connect with this tool and leave notes in text or in speak.
Example 1: open one photo, make one shape with free hand pencil on the photo, in that moment must have one place in left or right of screen that you can put notes for this shape in text or speak.
Example 2: open one photo, make one shape with free hand pencil and line (or more shapes) on the photo, now you must have option to write or speak notes for all this shapes, something like group.
The files that use for photo is vector, wmf and jpg.
The program must have option to save ONLY in server and not in local computer hard disk.

I must give more information because you ask me for that.
Ok I separate the project to company and to clients. The company uploads the photos in her server in wmf or jpg files. The client cannot upload any photo in this program and cannot save this photos that company give to him, in his computer, he can only make his notes on the photos that company give to him, and when he finish he save his notes, so company can see the clients notes on photos. Of course the notes must stay on the server so the client can go in his account and open it again to see them or correct them or add more.
Its very important for me that the client have the option to leave notes in speak from his microphone, and all the notes must connect with shape so the company can understand what note goes with what shape.
And some more information about the tools, I think that 6 colors is ok and with zoom in-out tools must have and pan tool.
