This project is for the creation of a website that allows creating and sharing of ringtones, themes, wallpapers, videos and games. The finished project will be a combination of zedge, mmcforums.net and mobiles24.com. Will provide further detail when programmer completes an NDA.
Programmer may use Joomla (ie: mobiles24.com) or IPB.Board (ie: mmcforums.net) to complete this task.
The final product should have user profiles, forums and should work as the above mentioned sites do. The admin panel must also be functional and allow for banning of users, flag queue for items that have been flagged as innapropriate and an internal messaging system to users.
Will pay as much as $250 and more work is segmented towards this project once first phase has been completed. The winning programmer will receive all future work requests exclusively and reserves the right to pass to another trusted programmer.
